Families are encouraged to attend graduation
Youth participants greatly enjoy having their families witness their achievements during the graduation ceremony at the end of the week. The ceremony commences at 10:30 AM. Please arrive by 10:00 AM to allow time for parking and walking to the graduation site, which is located at the campfire bowl. Please note that temperatures at the campsite can be warm, so it's essential to bring sunscreen, a hat, water, and a camp chair for your comfort if you prefer that over a bench.

Dismissal following the graduation ceremony is scheduled between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM, although times are subject to change.
If parents or guardians are unable to pick up their child, please email us the name of the designated individual who will be responsible for picking them up. Thank you for your cooperation.
No Pets
Please be aware that pets are not allowed. To ensure the well-being of all participants, pets must remain in your vehicle, so it best to leave them at home to welcome your camper upon their return. It can become extremely hot inside vehicles, posing a serious risk of illness or even death to pets left inside. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in prioritizing the safety and comfort of all attendees.
